Question from Mirza Sadiq
Istifta’ [request for the opinion of a Muslim cleric] from Mirza Sadiq about two subjects. The first asks if a will is valid if a testator wills that his children spend the revenue from his property on his behalf but the inheritors are all female, or if all the children die and the only inheritor is the wife, or if that the inheritors could not execute the will.
